Yoga literally means to “yoke” or join together… to bring into union.

Yoga is so much more than the asana practice we all think of when we see pictures on social media of super bendy, stretchy folks in all manner of seemingly impossible poses!

But it is the asana (posture) practice that can be SO helpful in connecting our body and breath… connecting us to our own heart…


Yoga has an array of physical benefits for posture, proprioception (balance), strength, and mobility, but it’s ability to bring peace to the soul and connection to ourselves is something that isn’t available in our standard gym sessions.


Yoga is vast! It stands on a great lineage of wisdom tradition & teachers, and the practice encourages us to explore ourselves and our consciousness whilst creating community! Why not join in?

Please note: Whilst it is our aim to make yoga as accessible to as many bodies as possible, all of our facilities are on the first floor. Unfortunately as a small business, we are not yet in a position to be able to offer wheelchair access or access to our facilities to those people with bodies unable to independently ascend/descend the stairs.
