As we journey into perimenopause, our bodies undergo significant changes that can impact our overall health and wellbeing. Hormone levels start to fluctuate, and we may start to notice changes in muscle mass & the knock on effect to our metabolism. This transitional phase can present unique challenges for many women. However, with the right support and guidance, it is possible to navigate through this period with strength, resilience, and improved health.




As a member of the Perimenopause Tribe, I understand the specific needs of perimenopausal women and offer personalised training services tailored to support your journey towards better health and vitality. My personal training sessions are designed to help women in this stage of life improve their physical fitness, lose fat, build strength, preserve, AND YES even grow more muscle, in addition to improving bone density!


How?! Through good nutrition & strength training. With a focus on creating a supportive and empowering environment, I work closely with each client to develop a customised fitness plan that aligns with their goals and abilities.


As women navigate through the changes that come with perimenopause, having a knowledgeable and supportive trainer by their side can make a significant difference in their fitness journey. As a perimenopausal woman and a nurse of over 20 years, I understand the unique challenges that perimenopausal women may face, such as decreased muscle mass, slower metabolism, and hormonal imbalances, and am equipped to tailor workouts that address these specific needs.


In addition to improving physical fitness, I focus our sessions on promoting mental well-being and emotional balance. Through mindfulness practices, stress-reducing techniques, and relaxation exercises, I help women cultivate a sense of calm and clarity amidst the hormonal fluctuations and changes that perimenopause brings. By fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness, I empower women to not only strengthen their bodies but also nourish their minds and spirits.


I also very much believe that the people we surround ourselves with can be massively influential to our success! The power of conscious connections and community support should not be under estimated and I strive to build a sense of community with client meet ups & pop-up yoga sessions. This provides a space for women to connect with like-minded individuals, share their experiences, and inspire each other on their health and wellness journey. The sense of camaraderie and solidarity that our community offers can be a source of motivation and encouragement for women as they work towards their fitness goals. Unfortunately as a small business, we are not yet in a position to be able to offer wheelchair access or access to our facilities to those people with bodies unable to independently ascend/descend the stairs.
